Most of these activities occurred Friday, and the last one, today. Mom took the day off work and brought Grandma T. up for lunch at the park. The kids played for a bit, until we all got too hot! But it was fun, the kids love their Grandma Kia.

Later that day, I was getting Richard dressed for bed, or something, and came out to find that Hannah had thrown around to be recycled newspaper and was getting into her Dad's cough drops. When I put my hands on my hips and gave her "the look" she just smiled as big, sweet and innocent as can be.

Then, I ran downstairs to get a cord to put a movie on in the kids' room when I heard Richard calling for me. I told him I would be right up then I heard a thud, thud, thud. I ran to him and he was almost on the bottom step with his feet over his head. We don't have a finished basement and the stairs are bare wood. He banged up his head and ear pretty badly. We got him cleaned up and put a couple of band aids on.

Then the kids pretended to camp out in their sleeping bags, in their room. They had a lot of fun.
