100th Day of School

Oh my, I love this girl. Today is the 100th day of school and the kids were encouraged to dress like a 100 year old. I woke her up at 6 to do her hair and make up. She is so funny and looks great.

Richard said that there was only one place for her to go and acted like he was calling the Wellington to come pick her up. They are hilarious kiddos and I love them completely!

Ella and Grandpa

Grandpa is a little fond of this angel, aren't we all? I love this picture take at lunch after Colby's baptism.

Baby girl is growing up

Most of these were taken with my awful phone camera so I apologize for the poor quality.

Her hair is long enough to braid!

I have to do the dishes when Ella is taking a nap or I end up with her IN the dishwasher, every time.

Ella LOVES books and enjoys flipping through the pages and tearing them. I had to keep her strapped in the stroller when we went to the library. She is so cute.

Hannah put her in the ottoman for a ride and Ella thought that was pretty cool.

I love the baby's piggy tails! She is so awesome!!!

Super Bowl Dance

Every year we watch the Super Bowl and have a feast as a family. This year was no different. Chris made a great spread that the kids helped with. The game was boring since Seattle dominated Denver, the ads were ehh, but the half time with Bruno Mars was AWESOME!!! He is such a great entertainer with terrific songs. The kids got into it too...

And most importantly, we had a wonderful time as a family.

I can't believe he is 9!

The kids had light saber wars and played Twister to celebrate Richard's 9th birthday. It was a lot of fun.

Richard is such a wonderful kid, brother, and son. He loves scouts, Star Wars, Legos, and so much more. He is a wonderful singer and has recently begun piano lessons with Grandma Kia. Richard does well in school and is considering playing football again this summer/fall. We love him so much!

Ella enjoyed splashing in the water she spilled. Love her!

Richard was thrilled with all of his gifts this year including a subscription to National Geographic, 3 light sabers, a football, action figures, Lego's, a youth rifle, and lots of love.

Thinking of his wish before blowing out his candles.
