Outdoor Fest
Saturday I took the kids to Helena's Outdoor Fest. They had fishing, climbing, story time, archery, geocaching, and kayaking. It was a lot of fun. Richard got to be in his own kayak and did a really good job steering around. Now he is obsessed with wanting to purchase one. I told him to save his money.
I really wanted to get a picture of Richard in his kayak, but didn't dare take my camera in my kayak. Hannah had a really good time too.

Hannah & Sunset
Chris had the day off work yesterday so after we picked Richard up from school we went to the Helena Reservoir. I took a lot of pictures but they didn't really turn out as I had hoped. I still may post some, but her are some cute ones of Hannah on the shore. Too cute!
We have some of the most beautiful sunsets I have seen. Luckily they are right out our back door. We enjoyed this awesome cloud last night.

Bountiful Baskets come to Helena
I have been trying to find a reasonable food co-op since we left Utah but most of them are quite expensive, in Arkansas anyway. Well, I found out last weekend that Bountiful Baskets has come to Helena and I am thrilled. This is our first loot: lettuce, spinach, green beans, cauliflower, yams, pears, peaches, plums, bananas, grapes, and figs. the kids have already burst open the grapes and eaten half of them while Richard has snacked on spinach and lettuce. I am so happy with this! Thank you Bountiful Baskets!

Labor Day Weekend
We were blessed to have Chris's parents visit us over Labor Day weekend. It was a wonderful time and here are pictures of some of the fun. We shopped, did some sight seeing, went to a museum, ate good food, and had a lot of fun together.
And it was terrific to have Chris be able to be with us for two days in a row, this is not common right now and we were so happy to spend quality time with him.
Grandpa had fun reading books to the kids.

I had to turn the flash off in the museum so I am sorry for the yellowy-green color.
It was a memorable and busy weekend. We all had a lot of fun.
