Year in Review...

2008 has been an enjoyable year. Chris and I got to do some traveling and have some overnight stays at fun places. The kids have grown and learned so much! Hannah began walking and talking and Richard was potty trained and went to school for a couple of months. We worked hard, loved a lot, and had FUN with each other.

I am grateful for our family members and friends. For the support and love we get from everyone. We are blessed that Chris has a good job that he enjoys and I, for the most part, get to stay at home with my beautiful kids.

I look forward to the adventures 2009 holds in store for us, but today I'm grateful we have successfully made it though a great year of challenges and fun. I am so blessed!

Sydney's birthday party

Our friend's Monica and Justin invited us to Sydney's 3rd birthday party! Thank you guys for the fun time! And thank Justin's Mom for us!
Here is the birthday girl! I think she had fun!

Richard was so excited to FINALLY go to Chucky Cheese's!

This happy face didn't last for long as the jeep started to move from side to side. I think Hannah thought she was going to fall out.

Blake and all his tickets. These kids got TONS of tickets!

Hannah found a popcorn game she really liked. She was pretty good at it too! :)

They are trying to figure out this ride/game. I was, too.

Richard's little funnies...

Saturday I took Richard shopping with me. Hannah was just getting up from her nap and needed to eat lunch, so Chris watched her. Anyway, Richard was wearing his Spiderman costume and I really wasn't in the mood to get him to change. He said, "I want the kids to see that I am Spiderman!"

So we headed to the store and every time someone passed us he would unzip his jacket and hold it open so they could see his costume. Well, we saw some older ladies and they weren't looking at him so he said, "Wooo who, girls!" They looked and responded and laughed. Richard turned to me and said, "Mom, I cracked them up!" He is so funny! And he was so proud of himself.

If someone didn't see him he was really bummed about it. I just can't get over all the different ways he makes us laugh!

And Hannah is following his lead. I'll have to try to film some of their "moves".

New home decorations...

I got a gift card to Hobby Lobby and found that almost everything was 50% off so I got these cute birdhouses.

Lisa mad this darling "Taggart. Families are Forever." sign for Christmas. I love it with my Willow Tree figurines.

I also got this star at Hobby Lobby. I want to redocorate the house so bad! First step is paint!!!

Bunker Family Christmas

Rocky and Riley...chatting with each other through technology.
Uncle Paul became Hannah's friend today as he saved her from the evil Knight Richard.

Cute Lisa and Brittany

Hannah had fun slapping Riley. He is so cute with the kids!

Brittany, Richard, Mom and Marki

I thought this was adorable of Lisa and Mark!

Paul and Heidi's family: Riley, Bryce, Rocky (sorry you are hidden, dude!) Brittany, Bo, and Chloe.

Mark and Lisa's family: Marki, Annie, and Brady.

Richard got Mutt from Indiana Jones, and a cool sword that he and Bo and Brady got to fight each other with. (They each got one!)

Hannah got some awesome, darling pots and pans for her new kitchen. Here she is checking out the food she got to go with it, too!

Richard heading off to fight the evil swordsmen.

Marki and Hannah playing with their dolls and diaper bags from Paul's family. Thanks guys! Hannah loves her gift!

See what I mean? She has carried it around all day and night!

Bo and Brady playing with Richard's cool basketball game, also from Paul's fam. Thank you guys so much!

They are just so cute together that I had to take another great shot!
Mark and Grandma T.

Mom, thank you so much for having us all over yet again. The food was great! The company was wonderful! The gifts were excellent, and we all just had a lot of fun.
Lisa, thank you so much for our darling picture/sign. We love it! You guys are awesome.
Paul and Heidi, thank you for the fun gifts for the kids. They love them so much! You rock!
I love you all and hope you had a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
Joe and Brandon families, we missed you all. Brandon, it was good to talk to you for a brief moment. Hope all is well for both families. We love you!

Christmas morning...

It's Christmas time!!!
Richard ran right to the stockings, that is after he checked to see if Santa ate the goodies we left out. And we read the note Santa left. (Do you like Hannah's coughing shot?)

That's my girl! Anywhere there is candy or food she is there and happy!

So happy about the new doll Richard picked out for her.

Richard got a really cool workbench and tool belt filled with tools. He was so happy and started working right away!

Hannah was being a good mommy and feeding her new baby.

They she played with her new kitchen. While I was making breakfast, Hannah was working in her kitchen, for about 30 minutes. She loves it!

Sir Richard Knight! He sat on Santa's lap and asked for a knight suit and got it! Way to be a good boy, Richard.

My beautiful, dressed up Hannah girl! (eating)

Richard decided he liked Hannah's new Barbie tricycle. She is a good sport to share!

Richard even got this great Lightning McQueen tent with sleeping bag, water bottle, compass, and backpack. He's having a ton of fun this morning!!!

Christmas Eve at Grandpa Taggart's

Richard found the Dr. kit and checked everyone's heart, blood pressure, happiness, and gave us each a shot.

Here he is checking Great Uncle Mark. He was a good patient!
Now he is checking Emma's lungs.

Hannah kept sneaking candy and Chris's favorite, gum. So I finally moved the bowl.

Jan, Alan and Nathan listened intently to Chris tell stories. Chris likes to make his family laugh.
Alec, Michelle, Emma, and Diana.
Then it was Lauren's turn.

Hannah found more candy. What a little stinker. And look at those cute rosy red cheeks!
I would have taken more, and better, pictures but my batteries died. I was so bummed!
