Chris and a buddy of his were planning on opening a butcher shop before we moved all over the US and they practiced on his buddy's own herd while they were taking slaughtering classes. I have not eaten beef since as I did not enjoy having cows hanging in my garage.
Oh Jaime, how can you handle that? Do you still eat beef after looking at and I'm sure smelling it too? Wow, good luck, hope his business goes good, but most of all hope you can make it through it and don't take offense if I don't come over for a while. Ha ha!
