Children's Museum

The last two mornings I've given my kids the choice between these two breakfast. Both mornings both of the kids chose toasted corn cereal. Most kids would choose the colorful, "fun" looking cereal, but my kids love the more healthy cereals. I'm grateful for that.

Today I took the kids to the Children's Museum in Denver. This is one of the coolest places I've seen. The kids played for almost 4 hours and were sad when I finally pulled them away. We will certainly come back.

The kids had a blast at the work benches. They got to cut, saw, hole punch, screw, etc.

These are the products they can choose to work with. All are recyclables. It is pretty cool.

Richard was so excited to be a train conductor. He and Hannah look so cute in their hats.

This is one place, along with the fire truck, that we had to visit more than once. Hannah had so much fun pushing the cart around "shopping" and Richard loved to be the cashier. Later on he was the chef in the market's kitchen.

My little worm.

What a beautiful bunny!

Richard wasn't happy just being a worm. He also had to be an ant...

...a bunny

...and a mouse. So silly!

Back to the market and kitchen.

Hannah was so tired. I could almost see her fall asleep. On the way back to the hotel she did just that!

It was such a fun day and next time we are in Denver we are going to go back. The kids had plenty of friends to play with and plenty of activities to keep them entertained.
