The day of Easter parties
This morning Chris and I got up at 5:30 to make breakfast for 200 people in our ward. At the breakfast we had an egg hunt. Then as we were loading the Xterra with the supplies, I saw the community egg hunt was about to begin. The kids and I ran across the parking lot and joined in on the fun. Then this afternoon we went to the Ogden-Eccles Dinosaur Park and participated in the egg hunt there.
The kids had a lot of fun, but I am worn out! The following slideshow is from some of the day's acttivities. We had a good time today.

First family fishing trip (of the season)
Hannah with her Barbie fishing pole
Best of friends
Throwing rocks, she didn't stop
Richard hiked up the hill and would slide down on his bottom. The kids had so much fun.
Richard caught a fish. He was so excited and thought it was pretty cool. Chris had a bite on his hook and lost the hook. While he was putting another hook and bait on it Richard said, "That's ok Dad, we will try again." He was so into it.
Look at that face!
Richard and Hannah had so much fun throwing rocks. They did this for almost the whole time we were there. (a couple of hours)

My little heart breaker
Richard is so funny. For a couple of weeks now he tries to sneak over to our neighbor's house to knock on her door and talk to her. Yesterday he drew her a little picture and tried to put it in her mailbox. He couldn't quite reach so he just set in on her door step.
Today I was out doing yardwork when I heard her say, "Thank you." I looked over and found that Richard had picked my daffodils and had taken one over to her. She said, "He is so sweet." She told me she had gotten her picture and was smelling the flower.
I told Richard that that was very nice of him. He just said, "Thank you." What a little ladies man.

I work
Every day we get to go outside Hannah tries to sneak out front. She tells me she is going to work. I finally got it on video. She is so funny!
Semi-Annual Bunker Conference Brunch
Every conference Sunday my Mom has us over for brunch between sessions. This time was no different. We were there for a really long time and the kids had so much fun.

Richard decided to get back in the action with a pillow fight.

Hannah was trying on everyone's shoes, and playing cards.

Here is Richard getting away from Uncle Paul.

Richard and Marki found Candyland!!!
We were there for probably 6 hours, then had almost 2 hours driving time. Hannah really hadn't had a nap so she lay on the floor for a quick rest. Ha, ha!
Marki and Richard were throwing a soccer ball over the fence. They were really cute together.
Marki and Hannah
Riley loves playing around on Grandma's wheelchair. And Hannah decided she wanted to join in on the fun.
Hanging out

Potty humor
I noticed a few moments ago that Richard was being very quiet. I went looking for him and found that he was doing his business in the potty. He told me to come in to help him get cleaned up and informed me that his b.m. looked like a "little baby dolphin traped in the toilet by an evil scientist dolphin, away from his mom" and that he was going to "set him free". Then he flushed the toilet, opened the lid and said, "He's free!"
Last week we stayed at my Mom's house for a night and she told Richard how much he looks like his dad. Then Richard replied, "And when I grow up I will have a big weiner." We all laughed so hard, I think Chris laughed the most. That's my little boy!

Richard's art
Richard is getting so good at drawing people that I just had to share. It's fun to have on our fridge, but I wanted to share these cute people.
This is Dad
Richard's annual exam
I am so proud of Richard. Today he had his annual check-up with Dr. Allred. He is growing and developing perfectly! For those of you that don't know, Richard was 1 lb 4 oz and 12 inches long when he was born. Now he is 34 lbs, (25th percentile, up from 3rd last year) and 40.5 inches (50th percentile and average, up from 20th last year.) So he is doing really well. Dr. Allred even "showed him off" to the newer nurses. They were shocked!
Richard has such a great personality and awesome sense of humor. He is smart, funny, a great helper, and my best little bud! I'm so proud to be his mommy!
